Should you decide that you’d like to buy your wine from me:
- Expect to be supplied low cost, high quality Australian made wine, made from Australian grown fruit (not all wine is made from grapes).
- I have some great friends in the Australian wine industry, & by supplying you, I’ll be helping to ensure their industry viability & stable employment.
- I don’t pretend to be an ‘expert’ on wine, just a passionate consumer, with an eye (or I should say, a nose & taste buds) for value.
- I’ll guide you as best I can, using the tasting notes of recognised wine writers, (notably, James Halliday & Peter Forrestal) wine show awards, the wine makers & my own notes.
- I’m friendly and helpful, but I am not a ‘pushy’ sales person.
- I’m easily contactable, a good communicator, and I love to talk — as my friends and business associates will agree!

- We use Bendigo Bank’s online MIGS service to process credit cards (if you choose this payment method). Their site is fully encrypted for your protection.
- We use Australia Post as our freight partner, using their E-parcel Domestic Wine Service, to ensure that your order arrives intact and in a timely manner. For more information, please visit our DELIVERY RATES & INFORMATION page. Each carton of wine has up to $250 of transit cover (insurance).
- If there’s a problem that was caused by me, or any of the businesses I work with (e.g. wine growers & makers, a storage facility, freight partner, bank, website developer/host & internet service provider) expect a quick response, a satisfactory resolution and an apology.
